SUMMARY OF ROLE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Large Rotating Machines Sales Manager, be responsible for:

1) supporting the Sales organization on opportunity entry (also supporting Proposal team) and order entry processes;

2) data analysis on Salesforce CRM, and Nidec motor configurator tools;

Essential Job Functions:

· Experienced with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, etc…), and be able to familiarize quickly with specific software (SF and C.o.W.);

· Sales Administration: update and rationalize the information in Salesforce, monitor opportunities and share data and instructions with the Sales organization.

· Strategic planner: analyzes market data, consumer behavior, and industry trends to develop long-term goals and actionable together with Sales Manager. They bridge the gap between business objectives and creative execution, ensuring strategies align with the company's vision to improve competitive advantage and drive growth.

· Analyze the information in Salesforce to identify trends and prepare reports upon request from Sales organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education and Qualifications

Essential: degree in engineering, Electrical or Electronic.

Experience

· None required, but experience with Electrical Motors and/or marketing is highly desirable.

Languages

· Fluent in written and spoken in both English and Italian.

CORE COMPETENCIES

· Excellent communication and assertiveness skills.

· Manage cross functional teams.

· Strong Communications - written and oral, technical and commercial. International experience an advantage.

· Solution and result-oriented approach and work reliably both independently and in a team.
